Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your omido Trunk account and what happens when you do.

Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way, and it works right now, with no waiting. Open omido, go to Settings → omido Trunk, and tap Delete account. Confirm once. Your account and its synced data are removed from our servers immediately.

What this removes

• Your synced garage on our servers: every vehicle, service record, modification, shop, and issue.
• Any photos, documents, voice memo recordings, and vehicle notes that were syncing.
• Your account itself, including any AI assistant keys you created.

One exception, stated plainly: we keep a short record of any sign-in emails we already sent you, so we can account for what we sent and when. Those codes stop working within minutes, so an old one is no use to anyone. We remove that record automatically after a year.

What stays

Your vehicles and history stay right here on your device. Deleting your account never touches your phone.

This does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account settings if you do not want to be charged again.

If you cannot get into the app

Email privacy@origamilab.dev and tell us the email address on your account. We will confirm it is you and delete it by hand. We reply as quickly as we can, and within the time your local privacy law allows.
